Credit Flexibility is designed to broaden the scope of curricular options available to students, increase the depth of study possible for a particular subject, and allow tailoring of learning time and/or conditions.
Credit Flexibility is intended to motivate and increase student learning by allowing:

2022-2023 Porch Skilled Trade & Technology Scholarships - Apply

  • You must be 18 years or over and currently be enrolled as a high school senior, or in a community college, undergraduate, graduate, technical college, or vocational program, or be planning to enroll in a high school, community college, undergraduate, graduate, technical college, or vocational program during the 2021-2022 academic program in the United States.
  • You must have a minimum 3.4 GPA.
  • You must be pursuing a degree that enables you or others in your community to learn a new trade, develop skills and technology, or start a small business related to home services offered by Porch.

2024-2025 Coco-Cola Scholars Foundation - Apply

  • Currently enrolled high school/home-schooled students attending school in one of the 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or select DoD schools who will graduate high school during the 2023-2024 academic school year (students graduating from an American or expat school abroad are not eligible for this award; individuals who have already graduated from high school are not eligible)
  • U.S. Citizens, U.S. Nationals, U.S. Permanent Residents, Refugees, Asylees, Cuban-Haitian Entrants, or Humanitarian Parolees - based on the guidelines utilized by U.S. Department of Education for Federal Financial Aid eligibility
  • Expecting to receive high school diploma during current academic year
  • Planning to pursue a degree at an accredited U.S. post-secondary institution
  • Able to verify a minimum overall B/3.0 GPA in high school coursework
  • Applicants may not be:

  • Children or grandchildren of current employees, officers, or owners of Coca-Cola bottling companies, The Coca-Cola Company, Company divisions, or subsidiaries.
  • Children or grandchildren of former employees who are currently receiving retirement benefits based on their previous employment with Coca-Cola bottling companies, The Coca-Cola Company, Company divisions, or subsidiaries.

Ohio JCI Senate Charitable & Education Foundation  - Apply

  • Graduating high school seniors in the United States and must be a U.S. citizen to apply for this scholarship and resided in the state of Ohio
  • Academic-Based or Need-Based, applicants may only submit an application in one category.

Burdette Ehrhardt Memorial Scholarship - Apply

  • Student should be a graduating senior or presently enrolled in a post-secondary school with a minimum 3.0 cumulative grade point average.
  • Student must be pursuing a career in conservation, natural resources, environmental education, conservation law enforcement, biology or related field at an accredited institution of higher education (i.e. Junior or Community College, College or Universities.)
  • Students must demonstrate leadership skills and the motivation to participate in extra-curricular activities.
    Students must demonstrate a commitment to and passion for conservation and improvement of wildlife habitat.

  • Demonstrate and show a continued commitment to cultural and intellectual diversity
  • Attend an OACAC member high school. Just one HS counselor needs to be a member to qualify, please check with your counselor to verify that your high school is an OACAC member.
  • Have an accumulated grade point average of 3.00 or better on a 4.00 scale in a college preparatory curriculum
  • Required to attend an Ohio college or university
  • Submit the Charles L. Warren Memorial Heritage Scholarship application, an official high school transcript, and counselor recommendation by the published deadline
